Returns
Cancellation and Return Policy in case the order has not been dispatched with terms and conditions (see: Free resolution of contracts held remotely or outside the establishment - Decree-Law No. 24/2014 - art 10). Note: As long as they are not food products or handmade products, the 14-day return period applies from the date of receipt of the order.
